Jon Holpuch heads up the client services division of Holo Discovery. With over 12 years of experience in the litigation support realm, Jon couples his experience with cutting edge technology, providing workflow consultation and managing the Holo Discovery team to offer best of breed litigation support services.
Jon’s focus and experience includes multi-party, complex discovery management. On a global level, representative matters include government SEC and FCPA investigations for numerous Fortune 500 companies and numerous litigation matters with AMLAW 100 law firms. On a local level, Jon has been retained on the largest cases in Nevada history; named as a court appointed manager of numerous matters, including the ESI manager of the CityCenter Litigation, the largest construction defect matter in the world, as well large class action matters including the Yellow Brass Litigation.
Away from the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife Beth and 3 young children, Mia, Brennan and Duke. Jon is an avid Ohio State and Cleveland sport’s team fan and attends numerous sporting events when time allows.
With over 20 years in software engineering, Michael Holpuch brings a unique understanding to the legal industry with how to use software and computer-based intelligence to efficiently manage data and create custom processes related to e-Discovery and document review.
After gaining a Computer Science and Engineering degree from The Ohio State University, Michael then worked at companies of varying sizes from internet startups to Fortune 500 companies in the banking, insurance, and human resources industries. In 2016, Michael leveraged this knowledge to found Holo Discovery with his brothers Jon and Jim.
Michael grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife Riki and two sons William and Zachary. He enjoys camping and hiking, and volunteering in the community.
As a founder and Director of Operations of Holo Discovery, Jim Holpuch helps clients overcome the challenges they face today navigating the rapidly evolving E-Discovery and litigation support industry. With his visionary perspective, Jim is a recognized expert in business processes related to E-Discovery, data hosting, and litigation support.
Jim’s career spans over a decade in the litigation support industry, getting his start in 2006 with a small startup company in which he was instrumental in turning it into a nationally recognized leader before setting out on his own. In 2016, Jim along with his brothers Jon and Mike formed Holo Discovery with a vision of providing a sophisticated, cutting edge service, unparalleled in the industry.
Jim was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and a graduate of The Ohio State University where he remains an avid sports fan for both Cleveland sports and the Buckeyes. Jim resides in Las Vegas with his wife Amy and children Vincent and Evan.
